The Knights had a great season with their 32-3 dual meet marks and Section 7AAA, Mississippi 8 Conference championship. They surely made the transition from AA to AAA with their Runner Up spot in the state, behind the nation's number one ranked team. They will be back to defend those honors again this season despite the graduation of seven seniors, including four state qualifiers of which two were state place winners. They will return six state qualifiers including three state place winners and eight others with a great deal of experience. The Knights 2010-2011 team has already gotten some national acknowledgement. Parker Betts, Cole Sladek, Jake Lillie, Shaun Little, Wayne Voss and Lincoln Mallinger should be their key leaders thru out the season.

The Blue Jackets of Cambridge-Isanti had very good season as they posted a 24-4 dual meet mark but yet it may be a season their fans may want to try to forgot because of the issues that kept from competing in the section dual meet tourney. They should be looking at yet another great season with the return of nine wrestlers with 23 wins or more and nine others with a great deal of experience back from that great season. Look for the Blue Jackets to challenge those dual meet marks from last season and also defend those honors earned during their regular season. They should be a force to be reckoned with in the Section dual meet campaign and the Mississippi 8 Conference duals. Clayton Jennissen, Adam Kelling, Derek Swanson, Landon Chumley, Travis Holt, Tyler Tischer, Mark Volker, Ty Torgerson and Cody Skog (Transfer from Meadow Creek/Spectrum should be their leaders thru out the season.

The Rangers posted an impressive 18-7 dual meet mark last season as section runner up honors. Back from that team are eight section place winners, including three state place winners and two others with a great of varsity experience. Despite the graduation of four seniors including two state place winners look for the Rangers to make a strong challenge to improving on those dual meet numbers of last season. They make a very strong challenge for section and conference honors. Look for this team to win many honors during the regular season as well. Ben Morgan, Michael Pleski, Tyler Isaacson, Lance Benick, Joe Joyer, Ryder Paggen and Tony Smith to be their key leaders thru out the season.
